FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • Do you do a discount for booking for long periods?
    Yes, this is possible depending on the length of stay, large discounts can be applied for you when booking direct. Have a look at our availability to find out about the rates.
  • Do you allow pets?
    Unfortunately we do not allow pets in any of our properties.
  • Do you allow smoking in any of your properties?
    We only allow smoking in the designated outside smoking area of properties, which have access to outside spaces. Please respect that smoking inside a property is not allowed.
  • Are any of your properties shared spaces?
    Some of our properties have shared entrance, or living area. Some properties will be entirely yours for the duration of your stay. This will always be specified in the description of that particular listing. With exception of emergency, you are always notified at least 24 hours prior should our cleaning or maintenance team require access during your stay.
  • When making a reservation, how much do I need to pay up front?
    We take care of your reservation and any balance prior to check-in.
  • What are your booking terms?
    IMPORTANT HOUSE RULES TO KEEP Please read and abide by the following house rules while you enjoy your stay with us 1. ONLY guests registered at point of booking and who passed our check-in screening are allowed to stay in the accommodation. Guest must ensure that anyone visiting him/her MUST do so in accordance with our guidelines. Visitors are only permitted until 09:00pm in the Apartment. 2. Guest CANNOT hand over any part or whole of the property to third persons, even if the period for which the guest paid has not yet expired. 3. Please read and agree with the policy of the accommodation you are reserving.
